Items purchased online from Alliance Labs’ retail sites may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for immediate credit to your credit card account or by cash if you paid via PayPal. You will be prompted for your mailing/email address and reason for the return. Please complete the form and click “submit”. A customer service representative will email you the returns label, which is required to ship your product back to Alliance Labs. Please keep a record of the tracking number. You will need to provide the tracking number when contacting customer service regarding the return.
Products returned without an online receipt are subject to the approval of customer service. If you do not have the original receipt, please contact customer service toll-free, at 888-273-9734.
You must mail the product(s) in the original packaging and original online receipt to our return center. Please include the original receipt and circle the item(s) you are returning. Your return will be credited to your method of payment once we have received and processed the returned product(s). Please allow 30 days for return processing.
